Parcours de santé - Sentier Sylvestre
The fitness trail is located in the Forest of Fontainebleau. Several activities will punctuate your session : zig-zag running, hurdles jumping, pull-up, abdominal exercises and walking.
The fitness trail benefits from a natural and unique surroundings marked by obstacles over 2 km.
In the context of COVID19, it is not advisable to touch the apparatus present on the course.
